Fundz is operated by Doalier Pty Ltd (ABN 986 495 720 01) ("we", "us", "our"). We provide cash flow and financial tools for Australian small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, phone number, ABN, business details) and information collected automatically when you use our services (IP address, device type, usage data). When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. Xero, ServiceM8), we receive read-only access to job, transaction, and customer data from that platform.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: provide and improve our services; verify your identity and business; assess eligibility for financial products; send transactional and support emails; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data sharing
We may share your information with: financial institutions and payment processors to facilitate advances and repayments; identity and ABN verification providers (e.g. ABR); cloud infrastructure providers (AWS); analytics and error monitoring services (Sentry). All third parties are contractually required to protect your data.
5. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use strict access controls, regular security reviews, and industry-standard practices to protect your information. Platform connections are read-only — we cannot initiate transactions on your behalf.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years to meet ATO and ASIC obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.
