Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Fundz platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Doalier Pty Ltd (ABN 986 495 720 01).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and operate a registered Australian business with a valid ABN to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getfundz.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Financial products
Fundz facilitates access to revenue-based cash advances and other financial tools. All advance offers are subject to eligibility assessment and approval. Fundz is not a bank or authorised deposit-taking institution. Financial products offered through the platform may be provided by or in partnership with licensed third parties.
5. Platform connections
By connecting a third-party platform (e.g. Xero, ServiceM8, Square), you grant Fundz read-only access to data from that platform for the purpose of eligibility assessment, analytics, and service delivery. You may revoke connections at any time from your dashboard.
6. Fees
Any fees associated with financial products (e.g. factor rates, holdback percentages) will be clearly disclosed before you accept an offer. There are no hidden fees for accessing the platform itself.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to: provide false or misleading information; engage in fraudulent activity; attempt to circumvent eligibility requirements; interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure; violate any applicable Australian law or regulation.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Fundz platform are owned by Doalier Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doalier Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms or for any regulatory or legal reason. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@getfundz.com.au. Outstanding advance obligations survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
