How do I verify my email address?
After signing up, check your inbox for an email from Fundz. Click the verification link inside. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us below.
How do I connect my accounting or job management platform?
Go to the Platforms section in your dashboard and click Connect next to your platform. You'll be redirected to authorise the connection via OAuth.
How is my advance amount calculated?
Your eligible advance is based on verified revenue from your connected platforms. The more consistent your job history, the higher your available amount.
How are repayments collected?
Repayments are automatically deducted as a small percentage (holdback) of incoming revenue until the advance is fully repaid.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use read-only connections to your platforms — we can never move or access funds directly.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@getfundz.com.au and we'll process your request within 5 business days.
